"All Hotels in Boise were at capacity. This hotel lacked sufficent parking for capacity. At night we had to park outside of the area and walk in remote spooky conditions. There were two long parked trailers that took up to 5-6 spaces each that did not help meet individual parking needs, these should have been parked on the street. We were placed in a building that was a seperate building not connected to the main area and lobby. This made meeting guests difficult, as well as getting a luggage trolley to use in this building. We had critical, timely, sensitive personal client privacy business documents that needed to be faxed to and from the hotel. The control and handeling of faxes was deplorable, so much so that the hotel gave me permission to fax my own documents and multiple times allowed me to page through several randomly placed piles of received faxes to see if ones I had expected had arrived yet. They gave me critical pages to other guests faxes in error. Because it is close to the airport I would think business services would be extra important. This was way down on anyones list. As a priority club member I look for this. The only phone in the room had a data port, but the phone line was not long enough to reach from the bed stand to a table for a notebook plug-in. We had to purchase an extension to the phone line and an extension chord for power to be able to check email and download business. One of the headboards fell off the wall when I sat-up in bed with a pillow propped against it. I repaired this before leaving. We reported the tub drain would come close to overflow with each shower and would take more than an hour or two to drain, but no one attended to this issue other than to say it was reported to houskeeping. The building hall was dingy, stale and uninviting. There was a power failure, which caused all the doors to lock leaving many locked out of the building and or rooms, nor emergency lighting to lead them out of a windowless hall if there was a fire, whild wondering what was happening."
